Hello,

I have an issues with my V7000, the software of canister B may be corrupted when upgrading, reseat didn't help. Seem like node canister is not able to start the Storwize V7000 code. So i can't connect to service assistant or run any command from usb (result from usb: CMMVC8035E The service assistant CLI is not ready - try again). LEDs on the node canister B:
- Power LED: ON
- Fault LED : OFF
- System status LED : OFF.
Now i can't connect to the canister to bring it on. How can i solve this problem? The V7000 hasn't important data so i can reinstall software code but i don't know how to do it (because i can't connect canister through service assistant or usb). Anyone has a procedure to reinstall V7000 software code (or reinstall OS with software code or connect to OS)?
