I have had this issue since I purchased this PC. The issue being, if the tower experiences a hard shutdown such as a power outage, I have a hard time getting the PC to boot. When you press the power button , the PC power cycles until you get lucky and it boots after literally standing there for over 30 minutes pressing the power button. I have long suspected a bad PSU, but as I tend to leave this machine on all the time, it is only an intermittent issue. I have since grown weary of the issue and now ready to find a resolve. I have no other issues with this PC such a BSOD, RAM errors or random rebooting that a bad PSU is notorious for presenting. Things I have done thus far are as follows:

Pulled all components out and reseated.
Removed the MB to check for bad capacitors, scorch marks on the board and bent or broken board components.
While the PC was up I have run all system checks in the BIOS all coming back clean.

Please help…

I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
