While his damage output is completely balanced, his mobility is still not.

While I understand it's 'true to his character' and mobility is all about Genji, it's not fun in a MOBA setting. Tracer is the same to a degree BUT she is extremely squishy and has to be a lot more careful. Genji does not. He has insane survivability.
