people don't have a problem with an online store if what you're buying is purely cosmetic. What do you think of the possibility of Blizzard allowing you to purchase new customization options for your character for real money? Of course it'd be better if the options were available for free, but it gives them more incentive to keep creating lots of new options over time. With a new patch they could introduce new hair styles, like the way TF2 sells hats. I'd prefer them to be free, but I think it's clear now that everyone really wants tons of customization options, and this could be a way for Blizzard to roll more and more out over time. Would you be willing to accept that?
