we acquired a Nexsan sataboy and we'd like to use if for testing in our lab. Seems that you need support just to get a copy of the user manual? I found limited setup instructions but nothing about resetting to factory default. Is there a relatively simple way to factory default this box so I can access the GUI at 10.11.12.13 ? Also, what is the best way to wipe any old data from the drives?
