Really disappointed, my Brazen Plus kicked the bucket after only 2.5 years. Tried to use it a couple of days ago and it stopped heating mid brew and flashed E0, would not start up again. I contacted Brazen and they said that it was past the two year warranty and all they could do is offer to sell me a new one for $90 shipped.
$90 for a new one is not a bad price, but I don't have it to spare. The Bonavita I replaced with the Brazen Plus that I used for over 3 years daily and now my mother has used 2-3 times a day since is still going along making great coffee. Maybe simple is better.
At least I have my espresso setup, wish I would have grabbed that used Bonavita that was being sold here a few months back now.
