I got a possible solution for team killing, I gonna put an example, most of the team killer's work with a friend, so when one of this team killer's kill you, in the next round the friend of this guy will kill you, avoiding the ban and the expulsion or if they more they vote you out. A solution is simple, the killer should remain until the next round, if in the next round you are killed by another player in that moment both should by kicked out (the player who kill you first and the player who killed you again) or if the team vote out for the player who are been killed the team killer is who have to leave the team.
