I agree with the above list. The one thing I can add is for you to do off-page seo at a time. DO NOT put it out there all at once. To begin, you can post once or twice one day in different sites, and then other different sites the next day. Do not submit to the same site everyday especially if you have a long list of sites you can build your links from.
Link building activities can be effective if not used in spamming just like blog commenting and submission to low quality sites.
