First, I am new to forums and to E-Commerce, so please advise if other areas I should look into where answers may be posted. I may be asking too many questions so thanks in advance.

I want to start an online business, but don't know where to start. I don't have a site of my own yet and am not a website developer so pre-designed templates would help.Please advise on a cheap/free and a reliable host with e-commerce capabilities. Should I host my site on a free hosting site and when I am comfortable with how-tos, then move to some e-commerce capable host to do business? Is moving easy/difficult? What is involved?
