Hello,

I must give notice to a letting agent. I intend to give over a month\'s notice to both the agent and the people I am living with as we rent the house not the individual rooms. I have been renting here since September and there is no lease, am I under any obligations other than giving a month\'s notice?
Also previous people who have left the house have filled the rooms themselves, which I find strange. Must I too fill the room myself? I think giving over a month\'s notice means it should be the occupants responsibility not mine as I won\'t be in the area anymore also.
