Finally got around to loading Windows 10 onto my old Macbook today.

Why, why, why, oh why does this thing STILL have two interfaces for things like settings? Surely this should be a 'skinning' issue? Just change the damn icons, at least, so it is consistent. Why is there still a forward-facing mash-up between two styles for the user?

I saw people posting stuff pointing this out back when Windows 8 came out. Why is it still happening in 2017?
