Hi,
I have had my first iPhone (previously been Android) for about 14 months now. It's an iPhone 6 Plus which I bought new from Argos. For the past few months, I have had difficulty charging it. When I put the charger in, I need to wiggle it about in the lightning port to get it to work and then be very careful not to touch it again as it pops out. I thought it was the charger but I have just purchased a bedside DAB alarm clock which has an iPhone dock on it and the same thing happens. To get it to charge, I have to position the iPhone at an angle.

Does anyone have any tips as to what is wrong? The lightning connector looks free of debris but I haven't inserted anything into it to clean it as don't want to risk damaging the phone.
