Hello Guys,

These new findings are leading to some suggesting that a completely different way of looking at insomnia is needed and a future of less prescription drugs and more "sorting out our lives " is needed to tackle insomnia .Having a reason or purpose in life to get out of bed in the morning seems to make getting it easier for the brain to allow you to fall asleep .
