Hello
I have not been able to figure out what is going on. The only thing that is different is that I had added a timeout to the urllib2 request.

here is the sample python code: (I hit the API url to make a domain registration request for .com for a domain that is dropping but still exists at the time of the request)Note that the sleep time is set to 0.2 seconds in this example. I used to be able to set the sleep time to 0.0 seconds as dynadot would slow down the responses usually. Adding additional sleep time would just slow down things but even with no sleep time a query would usually take more than 1 second.

Any idea what could be causing the bans?
