We have a website selling only to UK customers, we do not ship overseas.
I have been approached by a customer who wants us to ship to thier frieght forwarder in the UK for the goods to then be forwarded to themselves overseas. The delivery address will be in the UK but the invoice address will be overseas (outside the EU).
As we will be shipping to a UK address is this just a normal transaction for us, or is it classed as exporting and needs the VAT removing from the invoice?
Any advice would be appreciated. Please Help. Thanks !
I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
