Sometimes a certain setup is better than others, sometimes maximum dps/healing is needed, etc.. In general it is not doable to run a 10 man raiding guild with just 10-11 people (real life issues, sickness, work, gf/bf, etc). We tried it at the start, and it does not work. So, do you mind sitting out on certain occasions?
