Hello Everyone,

I am about to begin my second website. Here is what I would like it to do…..
Have a front page welcome page, a classified ad section (thinking about Noah) and a forum section. The forum section would be for individual clubs, lets say it for jogging clubs. I would like each club to have it's own forum, if they choose to keep it public it would be free, if they want their own private forum there would be a charge. Within their forum would not have to have sub topics but that would be nice, I as the administrator would set up the forums and sub forums. The classified add would be dirt cheap to advertise and allow for several pictures. They would pay through paypal at this time.

Any suggestions?
