The customer has the bellow question, which I have not found any answers for yet except that sometimes AppScan can't reach the site and to run a retest. Any suggestions in order to fix this problem? Customers Error: I wanted to pick your brain about GlassBox just breaking on IIS 7.5 for .Net AppScan Standard scans. I asked our admin to install it, ran a scan and it was working fine, but then the glassbox agent went belly up - when you connect to the test interface, it just says: HTTP 500 - Internal Server Error
Restarting the IIS does not help and we fix it by uninstalling the agent and reinstalling it again. It broke on two IIS servers when I haven't used it for four days and it also broke several times during a comprehensive scan.
