I just get an used "readyNas" cloud storage with out knowing the password and I can't find it with my wifi LAN by "readycloud.netgear.com" website, so I start to find it with offline RAidar and I got a message "this device is inaccessible in this computer" . Can I get a solution for this issue? Except the manufacturing reset .
