You need a whole lot of lockdown to get much value out of acc. decay. I`m not sure that talent is worth it over the other lvl7 talents. Spike is awesome for chains, the autoattack benefits from your spellarmor and is basically a strong version of focussed attack
Acc decay gets strong with the lvl20 as both stacks count, but I think you have more impact by getting your traitstacks earlier by hitting some additional combos with the spike
