Hi everyone, I need help with a problem. My pc has been able to connect to the internet via ethernet for over 9 months, and so has my phone (for over 2 years). This week they both stopped connecting to the internet at the same time. However, all other devices can connect, both via ethernet and via wifi. When I click on the troubleshooter on my pc, it says "Windows can't communicate with the device or resource (Primary DNS Server)". My phone is a oneplus one (android), and it simply says "connected, no internet".

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
