they never built Argus to have flying. Those three little zones aren't connected by any traversible terrain. It's why you have teleporters and loading screens.

Would you like to be overrun by felbats and fel cannons on a consistent basis where you fall to your death every ten seconds? Because that's what would happen if you flew around the Legion homeworld for everyone to see.
