I agree with Manu. Anyway, if you don't want to pay for the VPN connection, just contact your ISP since my solutions worked for me and didn't for you. Tell them that you cannot connect to the server of the game. Last time, I had to suffer for a week but it's just better than before at the moment because I just explained everything on the phone. So you have to wait a little bit after you explain everything to your ISP.
