Hello Frank. These are the Moodle Community forums, yes, but there is one forum amongst them that specifically deals with issues relating to our main sites - the ones you see in the black bar at the top of your screen -so for example, Moodle.org, the Documentation wiki, our demonstration sites and so on. They are all separates sites but are all part of our community.
Following Visvanath's suggestion, I've moved this discussion to the Moodle Community sites forum.
