This past two days I did a casual survey as I walked out and about. I had noticed that there are hardly any cig butts on the pavement any more and also far fewer smokers who smoke as they walk along - this used to be really common - the best place to do it. Most that were smoking as they walked were smoking marujana in home roll-ups and in fact I saw no 'shop bought' types at all - just roll-ups. Smelt some normal tobacco a couple of times but never used that when I smoked.
I used to smoke and gave up as I really wanted to travel to the USA and so saved up the money a bit easier by giving up, but 10 years ago when I gave up, smoking seemed completely different to how it is now - back then hardly anyone rolled their own.
I used to recognise the different brands as I passed by - but now I hardly smell any that I know. So smokers, what has changed? Is marujana pushing normal tobacco out due to price? I also saw nobody with a pipe - 10 years ago this was getting more popular and I nearly took it up myself.
