Hello Guys,

My HP PC laptop with Win 10 i7 7th generation and 16GB of RAM download speed from Google Fiber is 250 mbps, a tech from Google can download 800 mbps on his Chromebook, both using CAT 7 cable and connected directly to the Google Router port at my home
upload is 800 mbps for both my laptop and his Chromebook, only the download is different
I only have Avast software no Mcafee, Norton or others
What am I missing?
