What I mean is: I like to save well-written articles and features (yes, including those from The Verge), as well as a few quick links in my favorites bar. Is there an app or extension that can sync bookmarks continually between my two browsers of choice: Edge and Chrome, as well as my Android phone? Sort of like Instapaper or Pocket, but one that can automatically import into favorites?
