6. Other toons you play frequently (so we can find you if necessary)?

Hardware & Software Information
1. What type of internet connection do you have, and is it stable?
2. Do you have Ventrilo installed?
3. Do you have a working microphone and reliable headset or speakers?

Guild Information
1. What guild is your character currently in?
2. What other guilds have you been a member of?
3. What are your reasons for leaving your current guild, and what were your reasons for leaving your past guilds?

Availability & Play Times
1. Are you able to be available on the days mentioned in the recruitment post?
2. What is the latest you are able to remain online each night?
3. Sometimes a certain setup is better than others, sometimes maximum dps/healing is needed, etc.. In general it is not doable to run a 10 man raiding guild with just 10-11 people (real life issues, sickness, work, gf/bf, etc). We tried it at the start, and it does not work. So, do you mind sitting out on certain occasions?

Gear & Experience
1. What raid experience do you have on the character you're applying with?
2. Total /played time?
3. What item level is your character's current raiding gear?
4. Provide a link to your character's armory, and explain your current gem, enchant, and spec philosophies.
5. Have you ever been a raid leader, class leader, guild master, or officer of another guild?
